Obama's speech questions

Obama speech questions:

1. when Obama was speeching about how he himself wants to help get all the high school students get their text books they need and their computers they need to help them in school and all he wanted in return from them was their effort in school and actually showing up to school. He stated that "there is ABSOLUTELY no reason for kids not to attend school everyday and work hard for what they want to achieve." Not everybody is great at everything they do in life but all you can do is try your best at what you do and show your hard work and effort.

2. a.)"The people who are the most successful in life struggled the hardest as a kid."
b.)"Obama said if you quite on school, your not just quitting on yourself your quitting on your country."
c.) "Obama expects great things from each and everyone this year."

3. Obama inspires me to not give up on myself and others. His words make me believe in the world and theres always room for improvement. I feel like taking stand and getting through my credits in high school as fast as i can and to my best ability and take care of my son with or without my child's father. I CAN DO IT! that's what i kept telling myself after watching that speech of Obama.

4. No one can tell you what to do with your life, your life is your life no matter what anyone says. you make all the decisions for yourself and your child if you have him/her already, if not then you will be making all the decisions for your child one day and no one will be able to tell you different. In my life everybody trys to tell me "oh do this" or "oh do that" and I'm just like NO i will make the decision for myself whatever it is. I MAKE MY DECISIONS FOR MY LIFE! if i want to be a nurse when I'm older, i will go to school for that and i will accomplish my goal. me being pregnant really put my head on straight about everything. i use to think like "oh i cant live without Greg" (my current boyfriend). but now I'm just like "do what you want, if you want someone else go get it". I'm here NOW to take care of myself and my child soon. i don't have time to be messing around back and forth about stupid crap anymore. its time for us both to grow up and be mature adults like our child is going to look up to us as.

5. If i were having a conversation with Mr. Obama i would tell him that my contribution is going to be working my hardest in school giving back to people what they do for me. helping other's who are struggling just like i was helped when i was in complete struggle and i didn't think that i could do it and i almost gave up. but i stuck with it and i didn't give up. just like right now. i met an amazing person inside and out, my teacher Dawn. she is the person who always tells me she believes in me and that i can accomplish whatever i put my head to and that's exactly what I'm doing now. Ive never worked this hard for something that i really wanted to do. I'm not going to give up or let anyone stand in my way of accomplishing my goals. that's the problem Dawn solved of mine and whether or not she knew this she really made a difference in me. and when i do become what i want in the future i will always remember that i had Dawns help all the way through it. People can be helping you in this extraordinary way and they don't even know how much they put an impact in on your life. i would tell Obama that i will give whatever i can to this world because we all deserve it. i want everybody to succeed in their goals and dreams.
